Searching for a quote of part of the text in the image only results in a single 4chan thread where the image was shared and someone commented on its wording. Reverse image searching and browsing multiple sites that had this image on them all simply noted 'if the image is real and not a fake', and none of them made any note of the actual ADL page or other reference to this 'discussion'. Several sites were just the same story from one site copied over to the other sites. Reading the comments on the pages of the sites (such as on here https://archive.ph/rki84), resulted in not finding anyone that had a source for the image or anything linking it to having possibly been real at one time but deleted. I do believe all three are/were kikes, but I can only base that off of body features, actions, comments, name origins, etcetera and not on any direct statements made by actual kike organizations.
