I say you’d have to go with liver (pick an animal to your preference) just because it has almost all the nutrients you need to survive.

As for exercise… is there even a better answer than deadlifts? They basically cover more muscle groups than any other exercise I can think of.

Do I get to qualify that the ingredients are organic, non (((GMO))) and natural?

Exercise is easier. Deadlift. It's the king of exercises for strength training. Works the entire posterior chain as well as a good number of ... fronterier chain muscles.

I agree, however, due to injury, I would have to take second best and say squats. For food, I'm pretty sure I could live on beans and rice for the duration.

You get to eat literally any meal of your choice, so it’s to your preference.

Apparently liver can kill you from vitamin A overdose, so what else would be a good meal to hit all the required macronutrients?

Squats and deadlifts were my first thought too but feel like you couldn't’ do them frequent enough long term without providing too much stress on your body. I think therefore that I would pick burpies. Good all over body strengthening, good circulatory system and you can do them every day intensly.

And steak
