We used to have a word for excessively to the point of being emotionally off 'happy'. Now we don't have a word for that anymore, it just means homosexual. I don't see any reason to not have this word anymore, seems like a good word. What's ironic is you can't be 'overly happy' anymore without people thinking you're homosexual. Seems that this usurping was actually the beginning of 1984 double think style controlling.

Wouldn't you think people being 'overly happy' to the point of not making sense, might be good for a healthy society with cohesiveness?

i totally believe you, but why did you pick 1982? i would have said something like around ww1 or something when power (institutional power) started going to satanists.
