Currently I don't enjoy food. I am under pressure and don't really care about eating food anymore. This makes me wonder about how death row inmates can enjoy their last meal right before execution. I think criminals must have too much degenerate brains that allows them not to feel psychological pain before death. Otherwise I don't know how the hell it is possible to enjoy food right before being killed.

There have been instances of people vomiting and being alert of hours before they pass out.

thats the concept of death not the concept of pain that op was mentioning. OP was saying that those who cant feel physcological pain should feel physcial
