No, actually brexit happened, soft one though that still has some ties. Why do you think the uk is being flooded with boatloads of shitskins crossing the channel on tiny craft with 30+ people aboard, many young children, their parents must really love them to take them into the english channel amidst some of the busiest shipping lanes in the world.
Unlike the usa, we dont have states, the uk has one government withall councils subserviant to it, even wales and scotland that have their own government(in theory) are unable to ratify anything without the agreement of parliament.
