People don’t understand how the fat is different, it’s literally different molecules. The way I show people is cut up commodity pork on a plastic cutting board. Fat washes off your hands and board easy, now cut up a pasture raised heritage hog. Wash and wash, it’s still slick. So much bette4 for you too, the omega 3-6 balance is waaay different.
