Yep. All pickup sports die and there is nothing you can get people to do besides go to bars. Healthy.
If anything we should go the other way. You might have to drive to work while its dark (oh nooos). But your evenings aren't pure blackness for 4 months.
If I were an employer I would demand that people maintain the same time while in the office, and everyone would get out at 4 in the winter (in other people's time).
