If you are going to reprogram someone, you would have to do it in the same manner as they were originally programmed. And I don't see that happening.

You are forgetting that they have biological instincts, proclivities, emotional needs that are being overridden with the constant bombardment of media.

That's a fair point. Biological instincts are being forced down. We might not have to go through the same steps.
