A 100% negro in US is is genetically sorta the same as a 100% negro in Africa. No diff in admixture there.
I think classifying them based on how much nigger heritage they have makes more sense.

I suppose a nigger from Africa or Haiti could just move into the country and they would blend in with them anyway. But I also see the point that it's specifically the niggers who descend from the slaves in America that are the ones trying to steal other histories/ cultures.
