Pretty obvious that the paid antifaggots are ready on standby for aftermath.

Another thought I've had is that someone will at least attempt to kill Kyle once he is found not guilty.

It's not intentional, it's just incompetence. Also, antifaggots won't come out in the winter in Wisconsin, so there won't be riots.
