I told my husband it was no nut November and he clubbed me over he head and drug me to the bedroom.

I kid. I really like the improvement many make during this time, not just for anti porn consumption. Who can't use it as an excuse to do better? It's especially encouraging since it's at the end of the year, and the sense of renewal pushes one to want a better existence the coming year.

Same here. Except I'm taking it a bit further by trying to make some additional improvements, such as going to bed and waking up a bit earlier, reading an actual hard copy book, focusing more on a career change, cutting down on gayming, etc. We should all escalate No Nut November to No Nonsense November.

That is what the establishment would want you to think. Who knows the actual origin. That said, the ongoing theme is that it confronts porn addiction and using masturbation as a crutch among other things. When you consider the physiological implications of excess engagement, NNN becomes even more beneficial.

The biggest appeal is that it terrifies the establishment to their core to think that people are resisting porn.
