The same kind that are bombarding you from the Sun and space every second at 10,000 times the power of anything man-made. The signal carried by the wave has no bearing on the wave's interaction with matter. An 800 MHz signal is an 800 MHz signal whether it's carrying a 5G signal, a television signal, or just random noise from the Sun. If you propose otherwise, you're going to have to explain in detail with math how the same photon can become more dangerous if it's carrying a 5G signal vs. a 4G signal.
