They need unorganized free play time with groups of kids. That's how they invent games, learn to negotiate, learn to deal with assholes (especially working with others to defeat the prick), learn to build successful teams, and so much more. Kids who's whole life was in structured shit are the retards of today. I know because I have enough family who were never allowed free group play. It was always soccer, baseball, piano lessons, or some organized shit where the kids couldn't just be themselves and work shit out on their own.
