But still can't search the site which is all i really wanna be able to do really to make navigating easier and sourcing things easier. i msged aou but he didn't reply dunno if he's away or something. i can't find the rules either or anything explaining this situation, any ideas? i know he'll probably nigger badge my account again and give me negative karma hence this post is pointless but just in case that doesn't happen..

Will never happen. My numbers kept reverting back to -150 every few days for a time. Now - even if i manage positive points, a pile of negative points every couple of days puts it back again. Still not exactly sure why i was faded out etc in the first place. I use to come on every day and comment and upvote multiple times a day, only ever downvoted ( maybe 3 - 5 at most in a week) for what i believed was obvious spam or clearly off topic.

I went all the way through my comment history and remember when My badge first appeared - 24hrs after i commented and agreed with someone (who was already faded out) that was voicing their personal opinion in a comment thread about a particular admin and the way they were administering the site with seemingly targeting and fading out 'individuals that were ex-voat users or who criticize a certain admin'. I agreed and comment to it - within 24 hrs i had a badge. Getting a badge was neither here nor there, i personally thought it was amusing and funny.

I was later faded out, within 24 hrs of 'disagreeing with a certain admin' over their reply to some inconsequential question in a post, i felt it was either duplicitous or incomplete and asked for further clarification while calling out the lack of logic in the initial statement made. No clarification was given only the restating of the original (materially and factually incorrect) reply. Lol (of course no one has any obligation to answer nor is that the issue at hand).
