Are there special tranny doctors so it's not incredibly awkward if a normal doctor says "your prostate feels fine sir" accidentally out of common repetition so there isn't an issue? Surely most doctors would do this a lot and the "females" without the balls and penis would feel uncomfortable.

Also do they get their infected "vagina" wound looked at by a gynecologist or a dermatologist?

Oh and does the first ever "female" 4 star Admiral begin his basic training soon because you need that plus military school to be an officer. I don't know if a 65 year old man with no naval experience would be able to. So in short does his title literally come with quotations or an asterisk with some kind of "honorary" title since it isn't real?

I didn't know women had them and I became briefly confused and pondered how it worked. I also pondered if they could have it removed as well as the Adams apple. I am puzzled but cannot type that kind of thing in a search engine because of the ad algorithms to find out.
