Are there special tranny doctors so it's not incredibly awkward if a normal doctor says "your prostate feels fine sir" accidentally out of common repetition so there isn't an issue? Surely most doctors would do this a lot and the "females" without the balls and penis would feel uncomfortable.

Also do they get their infected "vagina" wound looked at by a gynecologist or a dermatologist?

Oh and does the first ever "female" 4 star Admiral begin his basic training soon because you need that plus military school to be an officer. I don't know if a 65 year old man with no naval experience would be able to. So in short does his title literally come with quotations or an asterisk with some kind of "honorary" title since it isn't real?

The tranny is impersonating an officer then? What qualifications does this 65 year old untrained man have for his rank of 4 star Admiral? He uses a toothbrush and knows about vitamins and nutrients? He's not on the list of them on wikipedia yet probably because real officers and Patriots just keep deleting it.

I think its more a case of being in a branch of the military that just... I dunno isn't really military. Like the surgeon general is part of that branch of the military, so its more of a propoghanda department, as they are classified as non combatants.

Why the uniform and rank then?

Authority. Same reason bylaw officers have uniforms and ranks. Ita why they give transit cops guns. I'm not entirely sure why it needs to be part of the armed services, but since it is, the people involved will have military ranks instead of CEO, or manager

This is what wikipedia has to say about it
