Are there special tranny doctors so it's not incredibly awkward if a normal doctor says "your prostate feels fine sir" accidentally out of common repetition so there isn't an issue? Surely most doctors would do this a lot and the "females" without the balls and penis would feel uncomfortable.

So if you're a tranny there are different levels then? So you can only get the tits, the hormones and a wig or grow your hair out? Obviously you'll be nearly a foot taller than most women but their feet and hands plus the good old adams apple give it away pretty quick.

I don't get that they don't get the bottom done too. They aren't fooling anyone except straight men or lesbians.
