Are there special tranny doctors so it's not incredibly awkward if a normal doctor says "your prostate feels fine sir" accidentally out of common repetition so there isn't an issue? Surely most doctors would do this a lot and the "females" without the balls and penis would feel uncomfortable. Also do they get their infected "vagina" wound looked at by a gynecologist or a dermatologist? Oh and does the first ever "female" 4 star Admiral begin his basic training soon because you need that plus military school to be an officer. I don't know if a 65 year old man with no naval experience would be able to. So in short does his title literally come with quotations or an asterisk with some kind of "honorary" title since it isn't real?
