Including meth, crack, heroin etc? Should people be personally responsible for what they put into their bodies and be free to choose or should the government tell us what we can and can't do? And they should have a right to as long as they don't require others to subsidize their choice. Unfortunately, we currently have a rather extensive and expensive "safety net" in place that they will be far more likely to use than the few unfortunate people for whom it is intended.
