If they're to be 100% legal then it needs to be straight up wild west vigilante rules for dealing with druggies when they get weird; same goes for alcohol.

The ONLY correct answer. I can't stand dealing with that sort and I am sure you know exactly why... Surely these druggies totally disagree and also want to force society to accept their shit without suffering consequences.
