Their fees right now seem ridiculous, I have to pony up an additional 20 grand from the house's price to use their "service". This bitch sold me the house a few months ago and made bank off the sale price, but now im moving, so the bitch wants another 20 grand to press a button and do some bullshit paperwork. Makes me wonder if i should just private sale it and say fuck it to the realtor

Agents are a dying career. Again, buy-sell real estate contracts are not difficult. A buyers agent does NOT know shit about what they are trying to peddle. Does someone need to make money? Of course they do. Most would agree $20,000 for 2 hours of work is excessive.
