Their fees right now seem ridiculous, I have to pony up an additional 20 grand from the house's price to use their "service". This bitch sold me the house a few months ago and made bank off the sale price, but now im moving, so the bitch wants another 20 grand to press a button and do some bullshit paperwork. Makes me wonder if i should just private sale it and say fuck it to the realtor

The main reason for using an agent is that the agent has probably been around the block a few times, and know most of the dodges dishonest people like to pull.
