Their fees right now seem ridiculous, I have to pony up an additional 20 grand from the house's price to use their "service". This bitch sold me the house a few months ago and made bank off the sale price, but now im moving, so the bitch wants another 20 grand to press a button and do some bullshit paperwork. Makes me wonder if i should just private sale it and say fuck it to the realtor

I also learned that selling your house to a friend is illegal in some states, and the local kikes can sue you for discrimination if you don't play by their rules

how would they know if you dont gift them that info on a silver platter?

unless these public records are hella invasive, im gonna have to label this as a non sequitur.

im pretty sure than even in california you dont file paperwork for considering a fellow close friends, and how in tarnation would you disable your brother from knowing before anyone else?

It's something I heard, but apparently some states allow for public disclosure of seller decisions, so you can get in trouble for the following in Colorado

  • Sending a letter to seller stating intent for buying property
  • Meeting with seller to discuss house
  • Accepting lower offer than someone else because they are your friend
  • Not viewing all offers

Apparently, recently it's become a much bigger issue than before
