It's also super high in PKU

PKU is Phenylketonuria which is the genetic disorder where the amino acid phenylalanine is not able to be processed by the body. Nothing is "high in PKU" because it is not a substance. Phenylalanine is and something can be high in that amino acid content, such as red meat or eggs. There aren't many people who have phenylketonuria so it's like saying peanuts are bad for you because some people are allergic to them. Your body needs phenylalanine and most people can handle it. It's not a poison and PKU is not a substance. Get your facts straight.
