How about a truce. It’s easier to love then hate, hating takes a lot of work.

Show up with a cup of coffee and talk with him.

Yeah I am planning on talking to him next time I see him. He is not a bad guy he just has mental issues and is a bum but at least he is white. He doesn't work so his life style is strange hours up late and making noise while I have to get up at 5:30 am for the daily grind.

You just might be surprised at what you gain. Give it a shot.

The worst that can happen is that you feel the same about him.
