The only one of those I use occasionally is "Save Posts/Comments".

The 'Follow' feature is of very little use to me as it is currently implemented. I've clicked 'Follow' on maybe 3 people who posted something interesting and I marked them for later reading their post history to see what other interesting things they may have posted (if I remember to do so). I rarely do that even and can't say who I am currently 'following' as it has been a while since I went to that page.

Everything else I have never used, nor do I foresee using them in the future.

Draft Comments Never used (voted)
Save Posts/Comments Rarely to semi-rarely use the feature and/or reference saved items
Hide Posts Never used
/follow (posts from poalrs you are following) Used temporarily maybe 3 times, but not useful to me as it is implemented
/modmulti (posts from subs you own or you are moderating) Never used

EDIT: For those that may be curious, I checked my following page and I amwas following these users: (I think they said something at some time I liked enough to see what else they've said) (I read your posts every day, no need to follow) (I think they said something at some time I liked enough to see what else they've said) (I think they said something at some time I liked enough to see what else they've said) (I read your posts every day, no need to follow) (I think it was to later go through and see all of their other pic posts)

(adding tags in an edit doesn't notify, just did it to make their names clickable above)
