There were fewer "starving" rapefricans before the west decided to shower them with "aid" and allow them to breed like cockroaches. Funny how there are signs warning against feeding animals, but not rapefricans. "The more you feed, the more they need. Feeding the animals creates a dependent population that can't survive on its own."
