I’ve been working on some very poorly-designed British electronics carts, and I say Fuckin limeys every time I find myself in terrible posture or scratch the shit out of my arms on the countless hidden and poorly-trimmed zip ties...

But none of the young kids, with the most recent college indoctrination can inform me if that’s OK or not ahaha. I suppose, doin some SJW mental gymnastics, saying “limey” is pretty much saying “imperialist,” what with the Brits “appropriating” citrus fruits so they could sail around the world colonizing places. Sun doesn’t set etc.

I don’t know if these pieces of shit were fully designed by the Brit soundco, but they ok’d em.... I keep sayin we should unload the French amplifiers and dump them in a harbor

We have a few nice amplifier companies, like Arcam, Naim and Cyrus. What stuff are you working on?

Think I’ve seen Naim on forums? Nah, this is big 32A inlet style amps. Lab.Gruppen, L’Acoustic, D&B. Fuckin current hoses ultimately. Big power; we test the Swedes’ doin 4kW per channel, of four.

ah, I was thinking of domestic stuff, yours is PA big boy gear

I've got a box of PA PCBs somewhere, lines of mosfets, I doubt I've got a PSU big enough to test them, lol

The biggest. Whadda pain in the ass haha. Today was workin on network digital to cable digital, word clocks are freakin out... 76 amplifiers, 10 digital signal devices, all for two shows this weekend.

Nice! MOSFET amps are sweet. I’ve seen reasonablish prices on switch mode supplies, but it’s almost a shame to give those bullshit power. Big iron all the way ha.
