I was a retard in school and didn't pay enough attention in class pertaining to creation of new laws. i don't speak fucking yiddish but how do i go about to create a statewide petition to make anyone with any type of 'authority' submit to weekly or biweekly drug tests? these fuckers think they can fuck with my life i will first start fucking with theirs in their world. if i wanted to go around and get signatures what do i need to do to have a law that anyone with high titles, senate, mayor, governor, high managers of osha, etc submit to a mandatory biweekly or monthly drug trust? this would be paid out of 3% campaign fund from running parties, donations and/or unique testing methods (maybe get all those fucks piss in one big vat and do one big drug test). i'm not a jew and not sure on how to approach even starting something like this. all i wanted to do was raise my family and play video games and these fuckers are going to cost me my livelyhood. before plan b i'd like to try plan a. made a new account for obvious reasons.
