The injections, for the most part, are recorded in state databases. CVS, being a pharmacy, has access to that database - so yes, this employer can.

I believe that would depend on whomever they use as a background check company - but I would also assume that, because of the hysteria surrounding this whole mess, that (company being able to check the status of that card) would become a thing or is already a thing.
Wouldn't them accessing my medical records be illegal? Not that they would really care but lawsuits?
