Hello. Here's my idea for a styrofoam blender: Surely you've seen the guy with the upside-down-lawnmower-blender. He runs into problems because the thing is not engineered to operate upside-down. Would it be feasible to disassemble at least part of the shield of the lawnmower (The top), flip the blades on the arbor so the vacuum is reversed, and simply put this assembly over a grate? You get the idea.

Please post how it goes, I went away from aircrete because where I was building i couldn’t bake the form in place house, and styrofoam wasn’t easily available as a collected recycling resource.

I settled on lime stabilized compressed earth blocks.
