Maybe have to get a blade from opposite turning mower, or heat and twist. Add a large leaf collection bag and likely it work. Getting mulching blades may be good too. I like aircrete, but the foam method requires baking to achieve long term chemical stability so you don’t start weakening at 5-10 years.
You could also add a small in feed hole to the deck, and a cover with exit hole under the mower to make it cuisinart around a bit before bagging. Some playing around with it will be needed.
Maybe sharpen the other side of the blade and install upside down.
Or just a small electric wood chipper.
Thought about that but I hear that ends up just crushing the styrofoam.
This was my first idea. Leaning towards this.
Mulching blades is a great idea. Thx
Please post how it goes, I went away from aircrete because where I was building i couldn’t bake the form in place house, and styrofoam wasn’t easily available as a collected recycling resource.
I settled on lime stabilized compressed earth blocks.
