States like Maine, Vermont (although it's extremely liberal), West Virginia, New Hampshire, Idaho, Wyoming, Iowa, Utah, Montana and Nebraska are good states.
Vermont has more niggers than one might think. I travel southern VT. and NH. and have been in many way out nowhere towns and villages in VT and shockingly what do I see ?
