After the fall of the soviet union no one owned the industrial centers but men kept coming to work hoping they'd be paid, a few men essentially claimed the industry centers, acted as boss, established distribution networks and sold product, those men became the so called russian "oligarchs"
Most were heebs to be honest l. The state tried to reclaim it all many years later but even in a post soviet nation possession is 9/10ths of the law.
The second the payroll department employees are gone, take over payroll. You can pay yourself whatever you want.
Then he owns you own the company.

Do not accuse me of capitalism, comrade.
But if you're owner, you can privatize the profits and socialize the debts just like any good (((socialist))) entity would.
