Read plenty of shitposts then about not following sports anymore.

First of all, what sports did you watch and which team did you follow?

Did you reneg on your self-promise?

If you didn't, how's your quality of life been since you unfollowed American sports?

I used to watch hockey occasionally. Maybe 8 games a year and then playoffs if a player I liked was making a run. I quit watching a few years ago when the NHL started overhyping the few black players and having LGBT awareness events etc and when they began pushing the women's national team so hard and pretending women's hockey was even watchable.

I missed it at first because I played ice hockey at a pretty high level until college and some guys I played with/against are now in the NHL. But it's not like it's hard to find more productive ways to spend time anyways.

I like the original purpose of team sports as light war games, and my dad coached me accordingly. But now even hockey is all flashy and woke and it fucking sucks.

Imagine being a bearded Canadian hockey player and being told to act sad and "look like you care" about the plight of a failure of a race that doesn't even WATCH HOCKEY to begin with,
