Even if you are low on ads viewed, minutes watched will put you WAY ahead. this is how creators get paid to do in video ads. As for invalidation of likes / dislikes, it certainly happens. Why do you think people on other social media only ask to watch, and not for likes or subs? El-Goog factors that into the process of removing likes / dislikes.
