Semi-pro musician? Were you ever in a band we've ever heard of?

I always loved music. Bought a 1926 HMV gramophone at age 19, then a 1907 Edison Bell wax cylinder record player at age 20, and was given an 1892 Regina Music Box in my 40's by a dying customer. All came with a boatload of records/discs. I love music up to about the year 2000.

If you've ever cut a record, let's hear about it!

"Professional" just means "someone who gets paid to do something."

He could have just been playing backup riffs in a bar band for some extra cash.

Sounds good. He must have thought I was trying to dox him. Sigh. I just like good people making good music. Only ones I ever knew were Seals & Crofts way back in the 1970's.

FWIW: I owned an appliance repair business for over a decade and posted my name and number and email all over the web. It's called advertising. I answered every call and replied to every online comment. Dox = more business recognition. Loved it.
