Ribeye is probably my favorite, but I also dig porterhouse if I can get it. Had a delicious rib for lunch, kinda thin but they slap on a great peppercorn sauce, all buttery and garlicky

When cows eat grass they produce omega 3, which is also found in fish , and gives it a slight fishy flavor.

Omega three has no flavor.

I think your steak was rancid
