I'm not crazy about filet. My ma would always buy in bulk, so had it too much, and always want more. Plus I like fat

Don't forget the bacon wrap. Pan cook the bacon slightly first to 70% of how far you want it done.

Kansas city steak seasoning is the way to go. Their meat is expensive, but that seasoning kicks ass and isn't too expensive.
