Hanger steak. It's incredible. Not the easiest to find but actually pretty cheap.

Grass fed home killed beef. Ribeye and sirloin/ porterhouse are the best cuts

If our food doesnt get its natural diet the quality of meat is reduced.

Filet is the best. Seared on both sides and finished in the oven.

I'm not crazy about filet. My ma would always buy in bulk, so had it too much, and always want more. Plus I like fat

Don't forget the bacon wrap. Pan cook the bacon slightly first to 70% of how far you want it done.

Kansas city steak seasoning is the way to go. Their meat is expensive, but that seasoning kicks ass and isn't too expensive.

Ribeyes are trash. There's like 3 or 4 bites of meat and then it's just encased in globs of rubber fat.

The fat is what makes them good. Fat isn't rubber, it melts in your mouth. The rubber shit is gristle, and if your rib-eyes have gristle you need to stop buying it from whatever shithole is advertising their shit as rib-eye.

I like to think of each cut of the short loin separately. A porterhouse or T-bone are really a two in one steak.
