im on doxycycline and only after a day and a half my stomach is feeling all fucky. my pop who im visiting gave me some lactobacillus acidophilus with citrus and apple pectin (a probiotic). ive been reading that its ok to take with antibiotic but to find out about doxy specifically im turning up not too much info. anyone have any experience with this combo?

Common side effect for many antibiotics unfortunately. Not good for your gut biome.

yeah my asshole felt like someone stuck a chilli pepper in it for a few hrs till the probiotic took hold.
