Yeah I got suckered good once, many years ago. I walked into wet pavement. It wasn't roped off or marked at all. So I'm like wtf trying to wipe off my feet and the guy who was working on it came over and went to town without saying a word. I still managed one good hit which broke his glasses and cut his face but I certainly looked worse lol.
