If you are forced to inject or intake anything into your body and can't say no without threat of retribution you have no rights and are a slave. The most fundamental basic right is the ability to control your own body from foreign interference. If that one doesn't exist then none of the other rights exist either. All of them could be subverted by just injecting you with something that makes you a vegetable. Wait until they come out with mandatory shots that turn you gay. etc....
