Thanks for the help. That card is an old Nvidia 64 mb GPU that fits in an original PCI slot. I just went ahead and ordered a $50 1gb PCIE card with a big heatsink on it instead of a fan. I’ll let you know how it goes in a couple days.

Update: Big Major Success!
This is a Radeon HD 5450, which is actually a massive upgrade from what I had. I just need my recording software to display so it’s actually overkill.
This unit also has the advantage of having a big chunk of heatsink instead of a fan, so I shouldn't have to worry about this one overheating.
