Sadly Texas is turning into shit. If you hate niggers avoid the east side, hate liberals avoid the big cities, spics are every where but a lot more concentrated in the south. As far as tornadoes or weather concerns look at weather history for the area, other than that picking a place will be down to county and city laws/taxes.
