It used to not be garbage, its been overrun like you would not imagine would be possible in such a short time (aka the future of the USA overall). Hurricane Katrina and section Ape flooded niggers all over the place. Unchecked immigration from shit holes and liberal transplants hearing that Austin would be Portland 2.0.

There's also a farming larp. I saw fields growing the same shit and asked what's that growing and found out there are fields of sorghum being grown for farm subsidy money. They just plow it under and start growing it all over again. Easy to grow. Is that a Texas tall tale?

Sadly Texas is turning into shit. If you hate niggers avoid the east side, hate liberals avoid the big cities, spics are every where but a lot more concentrated in the south. As far as tornadoes or weather concerns look at weather history for the area, other than that picking a place will be down to county and city laws/taxes.

I just bought 5.1 acres in center point.. any where north of San antonio 30 to an hour and 30 is good. Only problem seems like lots of Mexicans no matter where you go.

Either too close to the coast (that's going to be a problem in the future) or you're land locked with a tornado season. Whites are a minority TODAY. Pro's, guns and no state income tax.
