I've been debating munching on a bag of birdseed.
I bought sunflower seeds as a supposedly healthy snack but the salt content is so ridiculously high I woke up with a headache the next day. I could pay for unsalted + shipping or just dig into the giant bag of birdseed I have.

I'm not sure what world you live in, but bacon grease in mine is used as shortening in biscuits and pan grease for things like seared chicken and hamburgers.
