Whats your OS we use letsencrypt as a ssl cert provider.

I'm on a Win7 PC, using Pale Moon for browser.

I think Pale Moon might be it. I don't think they treat letsencrypt as a certificate authority. a quick duckduckgo found some stuff about waterfox not support it.
