I don't believe so. Why do you want to disable it? I can probably make it option.
I just personally find it distracts from the page, it's too eye-catching imo. Especially given that I'm not concerned about HTTPS enforcement unless I'm dealing with personal information, I already use a VPN.
It's not a big deal either way, but an opt-out user setting would be a nice QoL option for myself and anyone who thinks like I do (if any).

IMHO removing it will prevent users from knowing which links are not encrypted.
Changing its color to something like grey could do the trick.
Maybe just a color change would be enough. It is visually arresting.
