Vote of no confidence is in parliamentary systems. Ordinary citizens don't typically get to join in the vote. Only other politicians. Closest thing US has is recall. But that doesn't exist at the federal level. Mostly just a few western states. National recall, initiative, and referendum would be excellent reforms, and were proposed by the original Progressive movement. About as likely to happen as term limits and getting money out of politics.
